Installed Matt PPF and coating for whole car. Service was excellent and they took pride in their work to ensure seamless and flawless workmanship. Recommended for PPF installation.

Got to learn about RefineLab after realising they are an Authorised CarPro installer and decided to reach out to them to help replace my PPF on my bumper and left fender of my Tesla.

I am thoroughly surprised and happy with the quality of XinHao and Alex's workmanship when applying the PPF! The car looks extremely shiny and good without the obvious edges of the PPF visible. And the price for their service is very reasonable and I really appreciate their feedback on how I can maintain my car and also pointing out some defects seen in the existing PPF done at another workshop.

I had done the rest of the car's PPF at Mintgroom earlier and their workmanship is really bad with PPF fraying on the edges already after just 2 months of application. For this bumper and fender PPF, Mintgroom is not aware that after a paint respray, the paint needs to settle for a few weeks before PPF reapplication. XinHao was able to advise me clearly on this, and that's why I was assured that Xinhao and Alex are the right people to trust and went ahead to engage them to apply this 2nd round of PPF.

Between Mintgroom and RefineLab, I definitely will return back to RefineLab as seen from their dedication and quality workmanship, as well their attention to detail.

Did a Tesla Model Y PPF with RefineLab. Xinhao was very meticulous and detailed in running through my questions. PPF application was good, very good workmanship.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional service and top-tier craftsmanship!

I came across Refinelab Detailing during my research for CARPro Immortal PPF. Being certified applicators and among the very first in Singapore to bring in CARPro’s new Immortal Gloss 2.0, they immediately stood out to me.
From the start, Xin Hao was extremely patient and transparent. He took the time to walk me through the pros and cons of both CARPro and Moben PPF to help me make an informed choice. I ultimately decided to go with the CARPro Immortal package, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome—the finish looks incredible.
Both Xin Hao and Alex display incredible attention to detail. Throughout the installation process, they kept me updated on the progress, which gave me complete peace of mind. To top it off, Xin Hao offered a complimentary touch-up session 2 weeks post-installation just to ensure everything settles perfectly and stays in top condition.
If you are looking for meticulous workmanship, honest advice, and phenomenal customer care, I highly recommend Xin Hao, Alex, and the team at Refinelab Detailing!
